Obituary of John H. "Banjo" Bright

John H. “Banjo” Bright, age 67 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015. Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13th at GracePoint Church of Gallatin with Dr. Mark Grubbs officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. Mr. Bright was born August 25, 1947 in Columbus, OH, son of the late George and Margaret Myers Bright. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, George, Carl and Carlton Bright; sisters, Nancy Bright and Rosie Reed. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia L. Bright of Gallatin, TN; son, John P. Bright (Chelsey) of Donelson, TN; daughter, Angie S. Hudgens (Joey) of Pleasant View, TN; brothers, Dick Bright of Marysville, OH and Jimmy Meyers of Columbus, OH; sister, Marcella Lilly (Woody) of Newark, OH; grandchildren, Justin Ray Bright, Austin Charles Hudgens and Ashley Elizabeth Sloan; great grandchildren, Jada, Baylee and Paisley Sloan.
