Obituary of Dwayne Patrick

Dwayne Patrick, age 58 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015. Funeral Mass will be Monday, August 24th at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church with Father Stephen Gideon as celebrant. Interment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens with Hunter Henson, Jackie Gross, Shane Clifford, Jeremy Hand, Chad Bridges and Scotty Bush serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Saturday, August 22nd from 4:00-8:00p.m.and Sunday, August 23rd from 4:00-8:00 p.m. with the Rosary Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Patrick was born June 5, 1957 in Madisonville, KY. He is preceded in death by father, Jackie Patrick; mother, Cora Jean Linville Sharp; two brothers and one sister. He is survived by wife, Maureen Novak Patrick of Gallatin; sons, Jeremy Douglas Patrick (Brittany) of Murfreesboro; Jason Dwayne Patrick (Delisa) of Christiana and Gary Mehorczyk (Joy) of Gallatin; seven brothers; five sisters and seven grandchildren. Mr. Patrick worked 14 years for Sumner County EMS; was an Ambassador for Vanderbilt LifeFlight and was former Chief of Smyrna Rescue Squad. Also, he served in the U. S.
