Obituary of Talmadge R. Woodall

Talmadge R. Woodall, age 90 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday September 29, 2015. Funeral Service will be Thursday October 1st at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Elder Johnny Carver and Elder Brad Carver officiating. Interment will follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Wednesday September 30th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., and Thursday October 1st from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Woodall was born December 12, 1924 in Sumner County to the late Roy Woodall and Pearl Barber Woodall. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Dorothy Elamon Woodall; and brother, Elder Kenneth Woodall. He is survived by sisters, Ruth Briley of Portland, and Bettie Harvey of Gallatin; and several nieces and nephews. He served in the Navy during WWII.
