Obituary of Ronald Edward Petty

Ronnie Petty, age 67, of Lebanon, passed away on November 18, 2015 surrounded by his family. The family will be receiving friends on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the service at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Todd Elliott, is Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon. Interment in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens will follow the service. Pallbearers: Blake Petty, John Michael Petty, Jimmy Petty, Kerry Daniel Rice, Jason Jetton, and Jack Menshouse. Honorary Pallbearers: Eric Broomfield, John McNeal, and Kerry Rice. The family extends a special thank you to Alive Hospice. Mr. Petty was a Quotes Manager at Graybar Electric Company. He enjoyed woodworking and loved watching his grandkids. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Petty is survived by his wife of 48 years, Linda McNeal Petty; children: Ronnie Petty (Becky), Mark Petty, and Mike Petty (Mescha); mother: Kate Petty; brother: Tommy Petty; sisters: Lois Ford (Tom) and Keely Moore; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Blake, Courtney, John Michael, Kate, and Mason Petty; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father James Petty.
