Obituary of Julia Gaynell Deering

Mrs. Julia Gaynell Gregory Deering, age 86 of Hartsville, TN passed away Tuesday morning, February 27, 2024 at Hartsville Health and Rehab.

Mrs. Deering was born March 8, 1937 in the Cato Community of Trousdale County to the late John Bridgewater Gregory and Roberta Parker Gregory.  In addition to her Parents she was preceded in death by her Son, Jerry Allen Marshall and Husband, Sam Jackson Deering.

She is survived by:  Daughter, Julia Marshall Burrow;  Beloved Son-in-Law, Steve Burrow;  Grandson by marriage, Jeff (Jennifer) Burrow and Lights of her Life Great Granddaughters, Harper, Hadley and Hannah Burrow.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 1 PM Saturday, March 2, 2024 conducted by Bro. Carroll Carman. Interment will be in the Dixon Springs Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Friday and 10 AM until service time Saturday.

The family thanks the Staff of Hartsville Health and Rehab for their excellent and compassionate care.
